This notice explains what this website stores on your device and why, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GDPR. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Before you choose, only the sign-in cookie is set.
| Name | Kind | What it is for | Lasts | Needs consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
rs_session, rs_admin, rs_portal | Cookie | Keeps you signed in and protects forms against forgery (CSRF). | Up to 2 hours; you are also signed out after 2 hours without activity | No: strictly necessary |
rs_consent | Cookie | Remembers the choice you make on this page. | 6 months | No: strictly necessary |
rs-cart-*, rs-pos-n | Local storage | Your basket in the online shop, and the receipt counter on a till. You asked for these features. | Until you clear it or finish the order | No: strictly necessary |
theme, sidebarCollapsed | Local storage | Remembers dark mode and whether the sidebar is collapsed. | Until you clear it | Yes: Preferences |
| OpenStreetMap tiles and address search | Third party | Map pictures are loaded from OpenStreetMap, and address search sends the text you type to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. OpenStreetMap sees your IP address and the area you view. | Only while the map is open | Yes: Maps. Inside the signed-in app, maps are shown by default because the work needs them (live radar, job maps); choose “Only necessary” or untick Maps in Choose to turn them off. Public pages ask first. |
| Google Maps address search and map | Third party | Only on pages where the business has switched it on, and only when OpenStreetMap does not know an address: the address you typed is sent to Google to find it, and Google’s own map is shown. Google sees your IP address and the address. | Only while you use it | Yes: Google Maps, off until you agree. You are asked when it is first needed, and you can change your mind in Choose. |
| Paystack | Third party | When you choose to pay online you are taken to Paystack’s own page, which has its own notice. | Only when you pay | It is your action |
You can change your mind at any time. Switching Preferences off also deletes what it stored.
